(Therefore,) by performing the practice of Seokmun Hoheup, Joshik not only achieves physical health and mental peace, along with spiritual enlightenment, but also leads to an elevation of being through an essential transformation, ultimately allowing a person to find One's Essential Self while ascending to One's Essential Place where one belongs.

As a human, anyone can find one's Essential Self through the practice of Seokmun Hoheup, and by doing so, achieve their ultimate completion. Thus, the era before the advent of the practice of Seokmun Hoheup is called "the Era of Process," and the era after its advent is called "the Era of Completion."

All humans are on a journey to find their Essential Self and reaching One's Essential Placeis precisely the life that is inherently given to us, and this is what we call Do(도/道).
